PPNCNY strives to make healthcare and education more accessible to all North Country residents. In Watertown, our Community Outreach Center allows us to uphold that commitment by creating opportunities to meet new people and link them to critical care & services across the North Country.

Community Outreach Center serves as safe spaces to schedule an appointment at one of our Health Centers, educate visitors about our care & services, gather and mobilize volunteers, host programs and events, and provide space for support groups & community meetings.

Questions? Visit us or call 315-788-8065 ext. 219!
