Planned Parenthood of New York City’s Youth Health Promoters are highly trained peer educators from Brooklyn, the South Bronx, and the Lower East Side of Manhattan who use interactive presentations to educate young people about teens' rights and access to sexual and reproductive health care. Youth Health Promoters workshops feature lively, engaging discussions with the audience. By encouraging audience involvement, the Youth Health Promoters draw the group into participating in their own education.
All workshops are provided FREE of charge. Schools, religious organizations, and other community groups can call PPNYC at one of the numbers below to schedule free workshops.
