Planned Parenthood of New York City (PPNYC) seeks to provide sexual and reproductive health care and education grounded in evidence-based practice, enhanced by innovation, and informed by respect for every person’s unique needs and circumstances. PPNYC believes that we have a responsibility to address inequities rooted in gender, race, class, sexual orientation, and neighborhood that drive health care disparities, and to support public policies that promote more equal access to resources and opportunities.

The Malin Fellowship is named in honor of Joan Malin, who served as PPNYC’s President and CEO from 2000 - 2017.
