Planned Parenthood Welcomes Vice President for Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness

St. Paul, MN – Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota (PPMNS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tonya Hampton to the role of Vice President for Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness.

Prior to joining Planned Parenthood, Ms. Hampton was the Senior Director for Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement for Health Partners. An established health care leader, Ms. Hampton brings 25 years of broad HR experience including culture change and transformation, human resource services, organization and learning development, talent management and employee engagement.   

“We are incredibly fortunate that Tonya will be leading the human resources and organizational effectiveness work of our extensive, 19-clinic organization during a time of growth and significant changes in health care,” said Sarah Stoesz, President and CEO of PPMNS.

Ms. Hampton, who also holds a doctoral degree in organizational development, serves as board chair for Honoring Women Worldwide and as a board member for the Minneapolis Foundation.
