  • shortness of breath

For the safety of our patients, staff, and community, ANYONE WITH THESE SYMPTOMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE HEALTH CENTER.

If you have any of these symptoms or have been exposed to a person with a confirmed case, please do not come in to the health center. Call 800-230-7526 to reschedule your appointment. Contact your primary care provider for further assistance.

Per the Governor’s orders, everyone must wear a mask in enclosed public spaces. Therefore, bring your own mask from home to wear, or we will provide you with a face covering.

Due to precautions and guidelines from the state of Michigan, WE CANNOT ALLOW ANYONE INTO OUR HEALTH CENTERS WHO IS NOT A PATIENT OR STAFF.  Some patients may be required to have a driver upon release; that person will not be allowed to wait in the health center.

To protect yourself and loved ones, here are some things you can do:

Wear a face mask in all enclosed public spaces and outdoors when you cannot practice safe social distancing

Wash your hands with soap and water frequently.

Use hand sanitizer (with at least 60% alcohol) if soap and water are not available.

Practice social distancing by avoiding gathering in public places and staying at home when possible

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Try not to touch your eyes, nose or mouth if you have not washed your hands.

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not your hands
