Job Summary: Responsible for routine assistance in family planning, surgical clinics, procedure room cleaning, sterilization, and lab procedures which include regulatory compliance and quality risk management. Job Summary: The Call Center Representative works in a team approach to increase clinic efficiency and provide exceptional customer service. Work cooperatively with other call center staff to answer and triage phone calls and schedule patient appointments. Communicate effectively and appropriately with patients and customers. Must have exceptional speaking and listening skills in order to engage with patients. Create a positive first impression with callers by providing professional, caring and efficient service. Job Opportunity for Ultrasound Tech

Reports to: Health Center Manager

Job Classification: Part-time

Job Summary: Responsible for performing ultrasounds with gestational age of the fetus for surgical or medical abortion according to PPGMR’s medical standards and guidelines, and quality risk management. This position is also responsible for promoting Planned Parenthood by establishing a positive and respectful interaction with patients, staff, and others. Ensures the daily operations will comply with Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) protocols as well as all appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
