At-Home STI Testing

Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are common and treatable. Most people with STIs show no symptoms which is why it is important to get tested and know your status.

PPLM is now offering STI testing from the comfort of your home. Follow the instructions below.

3 Easy Steps For At-Home STI Testing

1.

Schedule A Phone Consult

Schedule a quick phone consult with one of our clinicians so they can place the order for your at-home testing kit. Make an appointment below.

Schedule Now

2.

Complete Your Test Kit

Within a few days you will receive your testing kit in the mail. Self administer the test following the instructions sent to you and then return the kit to PPLM via the mail within one week of receiving it.

3.

Get Results

After we receive your test kit back we will process your test results and post them to your patient portal account. If necessary, we will reach out to you for follow up care.

How much will my at-home STI kit cost?

Great question! At-home STI testing phone consults and labs will be billed to your insurance. If you are not using insurance or do not have insurance then the cost will be billed directly to you. During the COVID-19 pandemic PPLM is covering the cost of supplies and shipping for patients.  For more information call us at 800-258-4448 or visit pplm.org/telehealth
