Progress. No Matter What.

Progress. No Matter What.

One year into the pandemic, PPMM stands as a health care leader in our region: We provided drive-through COVID testing in underserved communities. In our 35 health centers, we pivoted quickly to telehealth care - providing more telehealth visits than any other PP affilaite. We adapted to minimal touch in-person care, created drive-up prescrition pickups, and more.

Our Fiscal Year 2020 Impact Report

Learn how PPMM rose to meet the unprecedented challenges of fiscal year 2020. Our Impact Report includes COVID-care stories from our staff, short videos from volunteers, patients and staff, important stats about the care we provided, and much, much more.

Sex and COVID-19

All people under shelter-in-place orders should stay home and minimize contact with others to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

But can you have sex?

We have some tips for how to enjoy sex and avoid spreading COVID-19.

Be Smart.
Stay Healthy.

You may be feeling concerned because of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak.

If you’re having any of these symptoms – fever, cough, shortness of breath – please call us at 1.877.855.7526 and ask to speak to a triage nurse before your appointment or before coming into a health center.

To protect yourself and loved ones, here are some things you can do.

1 in 2 Get an STD

1 in 2 sexually-active people will get one by age 25. That could be you. Or your partner.

And most STDs don't have any symptoms. Scary, right?

It doesn't have to be scary! Most STDs are curable — and all STDs are treatable. Get tested today. It's quick, easy, & empowering.

Annual Gratitude Report

We're so grateful to the thousands of donors, volunteers and supporters who made our mission their mission in fiscal year 2019. Your support made it possible for us to deliver cutting-edge health care at 35 locations, along with education programs that are in high demand in our region's school districts.

What to expect on your first visit
  • In order to decrease the amount of time spent in the waiting room, please call to make an appointment first and request gender affirming hormone therapy.
  • In most cases your clinician will be able to prescribe hormones the same day. No letter from a mental health provider is required.
  • The receptionist may give you paperwork for the Family PACT Program (California locations only). Family PACT is a California state-funded program that provides some reproductive health services based on a person's sex assigned at birth. Eligibility for Family PACT is based on your self-reported income and family size, and your ability to become pregnant or cause a pregnancy. We ask that you fill out the Family PACT paperwork using your sex assigned at birth.

Family PACT may cover testing for sexually transmitted infections including HIV, and some parts of your physical exam if you are at risk for pregnancy or causing a pregnancy. You may still need a Pap if you are over 21 and still have a cervix.
  • All services are confidential (except in cases of abuse), so being open with the clinician will ensure that you are receiving the best health care. When you are called back to meet with the clinician you may be requested to provide a complete medical history, as well as a history of your sexuality and sexual practices in order for us to provide the best care.
  • You may consult with one of our clinicians and receive a physical assessment and lab testing as appropriate for monitoring hormones and your transition.
