How telephone visits work

Make an appointment.

We currently are offering telephone visits for birth control, STI testing and treatment, UTI treatment, vaginal infection, HSV outbreak, and more.

Speak with a licensed clinician.

A licensed clinician will speak with you during your appointment time and determine if you need to take additional steps to complete your visit.

Drop off a sample or pick up medication quickly and easily.

If the licensed clinician determines you need to go to your local PPLA health center to drop off a sample or pick up medication, the visit will be quick and easy.
