Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Here at Planned Parenthood Keystone, the health and safety of our patients and employees is our top priority. We also know that your sexual and reproductive health care can't wait. That's why our doors remain open and why we are committed to meeting all the needs of our current and new patients.

We are now trying to serve as many patients as possible over the phone or over a secure videoconference, while still offering in-person visits when necessary. This change will allow us to serve as many patients in need as possible, in the safest way possible and will help protect you, our staff, and our communities from the spread of COVID-19.

If you are interested in connecting with one of our providers who can take care of you without you having to leave your home, we are able to take care of you via telehealth or by downloading our PPDirect app.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a respiratory illness that can spread from person to person. The symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, new loss of taste or smell, runny nose/congestion, headache, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea and/or sore throat. In effort to reduce exposure and keep our patients, staff, and communities safe, please note the following:

  • Any patient experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms or symptoms of COVID-19 should stay home and reschedule their appointment. Call 1-800-230-7526 to reschedule or speak to one of our providers about your options
  • We may also need to reschedule your appointment if you have been in recent contact with someone with COVID-19. Call 1-800-230-7526 to reschedule or speak to one of our providers about your options
  • We highly recommend the individuals listed above call their primary care provider or local health department at 1-877-PA-HEALTH for additional evaluation if you are sick.  Please call us back after you have been symptom free for 14 days and please call 911 if this is an emergency.
  • At this time, we are limiting the health center access to patients only. Neither people accompanying patients nor children will be permitted in the building. We thank you for your patience during this challenging time.
