Patient Portal

The Patient Portal gives our patients in Alaska, Hawai'i, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, and western Washington fast, easy, and secure online access to their private health information. Using the Patient Portal, you can: 

  • Send Planned Parenthood staff a secure message and receive personalized replies from our expert providers (usually within 48 hours)
  • View lab results as soon as they come in and ask your provider questions about the results
  • Have 24/7 access to your medical history
  • Make digital payments from anywhere with internet access
  • Request medication refills

Creating an account is easy

Step 1: Verify

Provide a valid email address to our staff. If you're an established patient, you’ll receive an invitation to enroll from NextGen (the email will come from [email protected]).

Step 2: Register 

Create a username and password, then follow onscreen prompts to activate your account.
