The Trump Administration’s attacks on Title X–a federal program that provides affordable birth control and reproductive health care to people with low incomes–have impacted Planned Parenthood’s ability to provide care at no cost. While we’re working hard to fight back, we’re offering a variety of payment options to make your visit to Planned Parenthood more affordable.

If you don’t have private insurance and you don’t qualify for Medicaid, you’ll need to pay out-of-pocket for your health care. We accept all major credit and debit cards, check, and cash.
We’re able to offer an immediate 40% discount on the cost of your office visit if you pay in full at the end of your appointment. Additionally, IUD and birth control implant insertions and removals and removals are discounted 40%. We are not able to offer discounted rates on our lab fees, drawing fees, injection fees, abortion care, and medications.
We know it can be helpful to be able to pay off your balance over several months. All you need is an active debit card, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, checking, or savings account. Our monthly payment plans cover all regular exams, lab tests, birth control methods, and STD testing and treatment services*.
Partial payment is required at your initial visit. Monthly installments are automatically paid from your choice of checking or savings account, or debit or credit card. You then have up to 10 months to pay off your balance. No interest* is charged on the balance of your account. Your minimum monthly payments must be at least $20. All of your transactions will be encrypted and protected.
*Interest charges only apply if you have other charges on your credit or debit card from other sources than Planned Parenthood.
If you need additional services, we can simply cancel your old contract and make a new payment plan to cover your previous balance and new expenses. There are no convenience fees or pre-payment penalities if you pay off your balance early.
