  • Health Care Assistants (HCAs) are a fundamental member of the health center operations and clinical support team. College grads seeking a health care career as well as Medical Assistants, Nurse Aides, Phlebotomists, Hemo Techs, Health Center Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides are all welcome to apply.
  • Health Center Managers are responsible for all operational and clinical performance and day-to-day activities at the assigned health center(s), including scheduling, matching center hours with patient demand, and staffing. 
  • Clinicians on our medical services team provide reproductive and prenatal health care according to PPHP protocol and operational process. Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Certified Nurse Midwifes are all welcome to apply.

Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits: PPHP offers two medical plans, two dental plans, and one vision plan for employees to choose from.

Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability: We are committed to protecting employees and their families from the unforeseeable future, which is why PPHP offers Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurances as well as both Short Term & Long-Term Disability coverages at no additional cost to our employees.

Additional Voluntary Insurance Benefits: Additional benefits include: Supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit for the employee, spouse, and child, AFLAC Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity benefits, Identity Protection, and Pet Insurance.

Paid Time Off: PPHP is committed to providing employees with a flexible paid time off (PTO) program called “Choice Time.” Employees may take time off from work for vacation, holidays, personal or family illness, medical appointments, or any other activity they choose. Additionally, PPHP celebrates 9 paid holidays annually.

Paid Paternity Leave: In addition to providing flexible PTO, PPHP also offers a robust paid paternity leave policy. Under the guidelines of FMLA and meeting eligibility, employees may be eligible for up to 8 weeks of paid leave for maternity, paternity, adoption or surrogacy.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan: Employees may defer compensation into PPHP’s 401(k) Plan to increase their retirement benefits through personal savings, tax deferrals, and employee and employer contributions. PPHP offers a “safe harbor match” and will match 100% of employee contributions, dollar for dollar, up to 3% of eligible pay, plus 50% of each additional dollar greater than 3% and no more than 5% of eligible pay.

Flexible Spending Accounts: Employees may elect to defer compensation to a Health Care and/or Dependent Care Flexible Savings Account (FSA) to reduce tax liability and receive reimbursement for non-covered health care expenses and dependent care expenses. A Transit Benefit is also available for employees using mass transit to commute to and from work.

Employee Assistance Program: PPHP offers employees and their family’s access to a confidential and free employee assistance program to provide support and assistance with personal concerns such as finance, legal, and physical and emotional well-being, as well as personal and professional training courses with over 10,000 titles, and more.

Education Reimbursement Program: PPHP encourages employees to pursue job-related programs of study which will help them maintain, enhance, and improve the skills and competencies required by their job, a future job, or for potential career growth that is aligned with the affiliate’s present or future anticipated needs.
