Professionally delivered by expert educators, Planned Parenthood of the Heartland's educational programs focus on unintended pregnancy and STI (sexually transmitted infection, also known as STD) prevention, healthy relationships and lifelong healthy sexuality. Our age-appropriate, research-based educational programming can be presented in a single session or as a series of sessions.
Educational programs are tailored to each audience and are available on a variety of topics, including reproductive health education, sexually transmitted infections (STIs, aka STDs), healthy relationships, puberty and sexual decision making. Our health educators are located throughout Iowa and Nebraska.
Fees for Educational Services

The PPHeartland education staff can facilitate presentations on Planned Parenthood history and PPHeartland health center services with any group or class. Educators are also available to attend health fairs and community events.
