It actually does help! You have every right to contact your legislator and let them know what the constituents (you!) in their district support or not support.

Here are some ways to contact your legislators:

Calling your legislators

Writing a letter to your legislators
Schedule a meeting with your legislators

Note: It’s important to only contact the legislator in your district!

Find Your Legislator

First, it’s important to know who your legislators are in your district. All you have to do is search your address and view the legislators representing your district!

Second, visit the LA Legislator to find out your legislator's office addresses, telephone numbers and their email addresses.
