How does video conference healthcare work?

We are excited to expand our health center services to include video conference appointments with our clinicians. This option is limited to certain services, but setting an appointment is just like setting an appointment in a health center.

You can schedule an appointment online or call 1-800-230-PLAN to book. Depending on the service and availability, you will have the option to schedule an in-clinic or telehealth appointment.

We will contact you with instructions to connect to your telehealth appointment, privately and securely.
