Information Regarding Your Visit
Your visit will last up to 4 hours or more. There will be many steps and much waiting.
You will receive the following services during your visit: lab work, an education session and birth control consultation. Lastly, you will take the first dose of the Medication Abortion here in the clinic.
For this appointment, there are no restrictions on food since you are doing the Medication Abortion. Please make sure you eat before your appointment.
You can come by yourself and drive yourself home.
If you are late to the appointment we do reserve the right to reschedule. Give yourself plenty of time to get here.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us or cancel your appointment via the website at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you have a Medicaid card?
Please make sure to bring your Medical Card. The name on your ID and Medical Card must match in order to be used.
Do you have Commercial Insurance?
Please make sure to bring proof of insurance to your appointment. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your eligibility and benefits. You are welcome to call us in the afternoon the day before your appointment. We may have some benefit information available at that time. Co-Pays are due at the time of your appointment.

Additional Instructions
Important Instructions Regarding Your Visit:
- Do not take any illegal drugs or alcohol 24 hours prior to your visit.
- Please do not take any Aspirin seven days prior to your visit.
- Anyone including yourself and any guest MUST have photo ID (must be valid and not expired) to enter the building.
Due to COVID-19 Planned Parenthood has adjusted its policy on visitors to the following:
Only essential visitors will be allowed in the health center, such as:
- Visitors with minors
- Visitors providing translation
- Visitors accompanying patients with disabilities
ALL patients and visitors will be assessed for symptoms (fever, cough, difficulty breathing) when entering the health center
- If there are symptoms, you will be given a mask and immediately brought back to an exam room
All NON-ESSENTIAL visitors will be asked to wait outside
At this time, NO CHILDREN will be allowed in the health center
