Self-care during the holiday season
This holiday season more than ever, it’s important that we all take care of our mental health. The holidays will be an adjustment for many of us during an already challenging year. Get free help enrolling in health insurance at Planned Parenthood
Need health insurance? Enroll in a qualified health plan during Open Enrollment on the Health Insurance Marketplace by December 15 to get covered for 2021. Since April, Missouri residents have been able to use Planned Parenthood Direct, a mobile health care delivery app available for Android or iPhone, to get birth control, UTI treatment and emergency contraception. No insurance needed, no appointment necessary. Download Planned Parenthood Direct now to check it out for yourself!
Using the app, you can order:
· Birth control pills (only $25/pack, payable by credit card)
· Birth control patch or ring
· Emergency contraception ($75/dose, shipped overnight directly to your door)
· UTI treatment
If you're worried about visiting a health center during the COVID-19 pandemic, the app will put your worries to rest, and get you what you need. Just download the app, create an account, and complete an online health assessment. It’s that simple.
A request for birth control pills, Ella, or treatment for a UTI can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Within one business day, a Planned Parenthood doctor or nurse will contact you, and, if you're eligible, you can have your prescription mailed right to you, or sent for pickup at your local pharmacy.

Volunteer opportunity to help support the Georgia runoff election
All eyes are on Georgia as it prepares for runoff elections on January 5. Early voting begins December 14. Below are a few non-partisan ways Planned Parenthood supporters outside of Georgia can help.
Voting Rights Alliance is organizing postcards, phone banking, and other activities. Jennifer Lohman of the St. Louis Voter Protection Coalition is helping to coordinate Missouri efforts to send postcards to voters.
