Planned Parenthood Launches Medication Abortion Care via Telehealth at Kansas Health Centers

Comprehensive Health of Planned Parenthood Great Plains (CHPPGP) launched telehealth medication abortion services in Kansas in an effort to expand care options.

Patients receiving a medication abortion via telehealth will complete consent requirements and an in-person evaluation at a CHPPGP-operated health center in Kansas, but the telehealth physician may be in any state where abortion is legal.

Kansas 24-Hour Consent Form

You must print the consent form, AND include a date and time stamp indicating you've signed the form a minimum of 24 hours before any abortion procedure in the state of Kansas. If you do not have this form printed, signed, dated and time-stamped at least 24 hours in advance and brought to your appointment, in accordance with Kansas state law, you will be rescheduled.
