How HB 3 Impacts You

Effective April 21, the United States District Court, Western District of Kentucky granted Planned Parenthood’s request for a temporary restraining order that blocks HB 3, an anti-abortion omnibus law in Kentucky that effectively bans abortion, from remaining in effect.

About HB 3

House Bill 3 is an abortion ban pretending not to be an abortion ban. HB 3, also known as the “omnibus abortion bill,” doesn’t claim to be an abortion ban. But it piles so many restrictions on abortion providers and patients that makes it nearly impossible to continue providing abortion care in Kentucky.
