Rebecca Gibron is the CEO of Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawai‘i, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky (PPGNHAIK) and oversees affiliate compliance with PPFA accreditation standards. Her role is to assure access to quality services, delivered with high efficiency, and finding opportunities for efficiencies as well as expansion and growth to support the mission and business of PPGNHAIK and the objectives of the leadership and Board.  Rebecca is chiefly responsible for the internal management and business operations of PPGNHAIK.  

Rebecca Gibron is the former President and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Idaho. She has served PPGNHAIK for more than 25 years, including as Director of Finance, President and CEO of the Idaho affiliate prior to our merger, Chief Administrative Officer, and as Chief Operating Officer. Rebecca has served on numerous national PPFA committees and task forces such as New Business Initiatives and Mergers & Consolidations and is currently the Board Chair of Kaleido Health Solutions, our PP Direct telehealth platform for the Federation. Rebecca also serves as the Vice Chair of the Lab Services Cooperative (LSC) and works as co-chair of the Affiliate COO Affinity group.  Rebecca has her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and oversees the departments of fundraising/development, marketing, communications, human resources, clinical services, and new business development. In her previous role as Chief Administrative Officer, she supervised our public policy department prior to the creation of Planned Parenthood Votes Northwest.
