Jennifer Schlatter

Jen has over 20 years of experience building community through philanthropy. She has been a part of the Development team at PPGNHAIK since March 2020, leading the Major Gifts and Philanthropy team across our six states.  
 
Before joining PPGNHAIK, Jen worked at several organizations in the Tacoma and Seattle area, with a focus on organizations that serve women and families. Most recently, she was the Executive Director of Philanthropy at the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties, where she led the overall fundraising strategy for the organization including the management of a $30 million capital campaign. Prior to the YMCA, she spent five years at the Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital Foundation, where she secured several $1 million+ gifts and led a successful endowment campaign.  

Jen lives in her hometown of Tacoma, Washington, with her son and their dachshund, Coco. She is active in many organizations in her local community and currently serves on the board of the W.W. Seymour Conservatory Foundation.
