03

Working daily to assess the COVID-19 impact to our health centers. We will keep you updated with any new information here.

To Our Valued Patients

At PPCW, we are doing our best to support our community. We are following recommendations to slow the spread of the coronavirus. The situation is still serious.

We are working hard to meet your needs.

Please help us use our resources where they are needed most.

This situation is changing every day. We will get back to usual operations as soon as possible.

Ways you can help:

·  Be understanding. We may have to reschedule your appointment.

·  Be patient. We are doing our best to serve you.

·  Call ahead if you are sick.

·  Practice social distancing.

Preparing for Your Visit

If your appointment is at a health center, you must wear a cloth face covering during your visit. Do not enter a health center within 14 days after a known or suspected COVID exposure or positive COVID test.

If you develop a fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, headache, new loss of taste or smell, vomiting, diarrhea or sore throat, call us at (888) 875-7820 to reschedule your visit or make arrangements for a telemedicine visit.
