How it Works

For Telehealth appointments, you don’t need to come into the health center- the visit will happen via video or phone using the InTouch Patient app at your preferred location. It is recommended that you download the InTouch Patient app before your appointment. Start by making an appointment online or by calling 1-888-898-3806. We will send you a text and or email containing the link to your appointment. At your appointment time, follow the link and check-in to your digital appointment.
