How much do services cost?

What forms of payment are accepted?
Please note that patients paying for services are expected to pay their balance in full on the day services are provided. While we do not accept personal checks, we do accept the following:
- Money orders
- Major credit/debit cards
If you are using a credit card, you will need to provide photo ID. If you plan to pay for your visit with a card that is not your own, the card owner must be there with you and must also be prepared to present their photo ID.
What if I can't afford health services?
Planned Parenthood Arizona accepts most major insurance plans, including some AHCCCS plans. Five of our health centers are Title X and offer a sliding fee schedule (fees based on income level) for low income clients. Please call and ask about what financial assistance is available to you.
