Who Qualifies?

All clients seeking services at Planned Parenthood should indicate they believe they qualify for Title X. We ask that you present the most recent four-week snapshot of your income (such as recent pay stubs, or, if you are unemployed, proof of your unemployment benefits or inability to work). This helps our staff determine what amount you can pay under Title X's discounted fee scale.
