I have been taking birth control pills the same time everyday am I protected right after I take my first pill after break week, or should I take plan B?

You’ll still be protected as long as you start your next pack on time. The pill continues to prevent pregnancy during the week when you get your period (the “break week” as you called it, which is also sometimes referred to as the placebo pill week). So as long as you’ve been taking your pill as directed, there’s no need to take emergency contraception like Plan B.
