how do you know what size condom you need to use or is there an average size?

Most people can comfortably use standard sized condoms. Since condoms are made out of very stretchable materials, they can fit a broad range of penis sizes. But sizes do vary from brand to brand and style to style. So the best way to find the most comfortable condom is to experiment with different brands until you find the ones you like most.

Condoms are supposed to be tight, but not uncomfortable. If you find that standard sized condoms are too big or too small for your penis, smaller “snug fit” condoms and larger condoms are available. Learn more about condoms and how to use them.
