Services Coverage

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to make sure that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you might have.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

If you would like to use insurance for your visit, you must provide your insurance information when scheduling your appointment. This allows our staff to verify your insurance benefits before your visit. Failure to provide this information during scheduling could result in your appointment being delayed or rescheduled. Additionally, please bring a copy of your insurance card to your visit or upload a copy to MyChart beforehand.
