Services Coverage

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to make sure that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you might have.

"HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?"

That depends on the services and testing you get, your age, and your financial situation. This is only an estimate; your price will be based upon services received at your visit. It's rarely more than the listed prices and most people qualify for discounts, up to as much as 100% of the cost.
  Birth Control Consult: up to $96, including one cycle of birth control

Sexually Transmitted Diseases screening/Problem: up to $135 + medication if necessary

Pregnancy Testing: up to $67

Annual GYN Exam: up to $247 (including labs and STI testing)

Emergency Contraception (Plan B or "Morning After Pill): 17 and older: $35 over-the-counter

  Fees for services are based on your household income
You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay
Payment is expected at time of service.

Appointment Policies and Information

The center is accesible via SEPTA bus routes 92, 104, and 314. Please visit www.septa.org for more information. Within Chester County, the SCCOOT line and the Krapf A line can be used. Please visit www.tmacc.org for maps and schedules.

Childcare Policies

We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center. For safety reasons children need to be accompanied by an adult when they’re in the waiting room. Only infants can accompany you to the exam room. Please bring a friend or family member to be with your children if you don’t have childcare at home.

Walk-in Information

You are welcome to walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available. If you have the time to wait, we will make every effort to fit you in the same day. If we can’t see you, we will give you the first priority appointment available.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not able to accommodate walk-in visits. If you need to pick up emergency contraception, please call the center.

Our phones are answered from 7:30 AM-7:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 7:30AM-5PM on Friday, and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturdays.
