Appointments
You can privately and easily book your appointment online for select services 24/7. For the full set of services, you can call 215-351-5560 to book your appointment. Health center staff can also answer any questions you may have.
Our phones are answered from 7:30am - 7:00pm Monday through Thursday, 7:30am-5pm on Friday, and 8 am - 4 pm on Saturdays.
Please note that we'll be closed on these holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas DayInsurance & Payments

Appointment Policies and Information
The Health Center is just 5 blocks from Jefferson Station; accessible by Septa via all Regional Rail Lines, the Broad Street Line, and the Market-Frankford Line. The Patco train stops one block away at 13th and Locust St. Please visit www.septa.org for more information.
Please bring photo identification with you to your appointment.
Examples of valid photo ID include:
- Driver's License
- Non-Driver Photo ID
- U.S. Passport.
- U.S. Military ID Card.
- School ID
- Tribal Card.
Childcare Policies
We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center. For safety reasons children need to be accompanied by an adult when they’re in the waiting room. Only infants can accompany you to the exam room. Please bring a friend or family member to be with your children if you don’t have childcare at home.
