Here's What You Need to Know About Getting Primary Care Services at this Health Center:
We may refer you to a primary care physician if your test results are not in a healthy (normal) range.
All health centers participate in the Oregon Breast and Cervical Cancer Program that assists women age 40 and older to obtain important services such as well-women exams, breast exams, mammograms and Pap testing at no charge if their income is below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level, an Oregon resident and uninsured or underinsured. Assistance is sometimes available for other services related to the diagnosis and treatment of breast and cervical cancer.
