Birth control details

A vasectomy usually requires two visits - one for education and consent, and another for the surgery itself. A semen sample will be needed after three months to confirm that the vasectomy was successful.

If you are eligible for financial assistance you may be asked to bring documentation with you to the health center.

Please Note: When you schedule a Telehealth appointment, your appointment will NOT take place at the health center. We are not able to see you in person for this appointment. You will be seen via your phone or your computer from the privacy of your own home. 

PPSO may only provide Telehealth services to patients located in Oregon at the time of the visit. If the patient is physically in Oregon, we can provide services, but we will clarify the patient's location at the time of their Telehealth appointment.
