This Health Center is located on NE Division St, between NE Webster and NE Xerxes Ave.  The Route 4 bus line's nearest bus stop is located on the corner of Revere and N. 3rd at Wagner Mall.

Hours subject to change. Please call to verify hours if you are coming in without an appointment.

Services Offered

You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. You can fill your birth control prescription, after your appointment at our on site pharmacy.

Walk-in Information

You are welcome to walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available. If you have the time to wait, we will make every effort to fit you in the same day. If we can’t see you, we will give you the first priority appointment available.

Same day appointments are first come, first serve, and may require you to wait.
