West Islip Center offers the following services:

- cancer screening education
- smoking cessation
Patients may request smoking cessation services; however, anemia testing, cholesterol screening, diabetes screening, high blood pressure screening, and thyroid screening are done only as needed for prenatal care and use of birth control. For a general physical, please see your family doctor.

We may refer you to a primary care physician if your test results are not in a healthy (normal) range.
Children and adolescents younger than age 19 may qualify for the Vaccine for Children (VFC) program, which provides free vaccines. Other fees may apply.
