LGBTQ Services in Plattsburgh, NY
Plattsburgh Clinic offers the following services specifically for clients who identify as LGBTQ:

PPNCNY participates with most insurance programs. Our staff can also help patients apply for the Family Planning Benefit Program, which provides free services and supplies for a full year. In addition the services listed, we provide pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and referrals for post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) at most health centers. Please contact us for a detailed list of services available at this location.
Local LGBTQIA+ youth and allies are welcome to join our Youth Group that meets every other Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 at the Plattsburgh Public Library. Please visit us on Facebook for more information.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have previously been made.
Medicaid, Medicaid Family Planning Benefits Program, and Medicaid for Pregnant Women accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance for your procedure. You can confidentially find out if you qualify by calling us at 518-561-4430.
If you are eligible for financial assistance you may be asked to bring documentation with you to the health center.
