Appointments

You can privately and easily book your appointment online for select services 24/7. For the full set of services, you can call 866-600-6886 to book your appointment. Health center staff can also answer any questions you may have.

Health Center hours may vary. Please call us at 1-866-600-6886 for our current hours and to schedule an appointment. Our Call Center hours are Monday through Thursday 7am to 7pm, Friday 7am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm. 

We hope you understand that your safety is our top priority. Occasionally, police officers are in our parking lot to ensure that you can access our health center safely, without being harassed by anti-choice protesters. 

Our priority is you. Rest assured, all PPCWNY health centers are taking necessary precautions to protect our patients’ and staff members’ safety. If you are experiencing a fever, a cough or shortness of breath, please do not come to one of our health centers for your appointment or walk-in.

If you don't have insurance, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. If you’re worried about cost, ask us about how you can get health care that fits your budget.

Services Coverage

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and STI/HIV screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to make sure that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you might have.

We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center.

Services Offered

You can come to us for services that don’t require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing, and testing and treatments for urinary tract infections.
