Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available: almost every day beginning at 9am and ending one half hour before closing. Please call us the day before you plan on picking up your birth control, so we can have it ready for you when you arrive. Emergency Contraception (Plan B, also known as the morning after pill) can be picked up beginning at 9am until one half hour before closing.

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections.

Specially trained staff are available for people with developmental disabilities.

Specially trained staff and medical equipment are available for people with physical disabilities.

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Children under the age of 1 are not allowed to wait unsupervised in the waiting area.

Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.

Payment Information

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale.

Fees for services are based on your household income.

Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit.

You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and HIV and STI screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. You should contact your health insurance company directly to confirm that the services you are interested in are covered, and what, if any, out-of-pocket costs you are required to pay.
