You are welcome to walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available. If you have the time to wait, we will make every effort to fit you in the same day. If we can’t see you, we will give you the first priority appointment available.

COVID-19 UPDATES: Your health is our top priority. Our health centers are open and we are continuing to see patients, and are taking precautions to minimize risk to patients and staff in light of concerns around COVID-19. As we are a health care facility, mask wearing is still required.

Insurance and Payments

Everyone deserves affordable health care. With or without insurance, you can always come to us for your health care.

I don’t have insurance or Medicaid

If you don't have insurance, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. If you’re worried about cost, talk to us about how you can get health care that fits your budget.

I have insurance or Medicaid

We take the following insurance:

  • AmeriHealth
  • Cigna
  • Emblem Health
  • Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Oxford (except for Oxford Garden State and Oxford Encompass
  • QualCare (only non-inner circle plans which do not have the
  • and United HealthCare.

We accept many private and public insurance plans. If you don't see your insurance listed, please call us at 856-861-6629.

Payment Options

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and HIV and STD screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to confirm that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you are required to pay.

Additional Payment information

Payment plans are available for many services. Our helpful staff can answer questions you may have about coverage.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have previously been made. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Major Credit/Debit Cards
  • Money Orders

If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that’s not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale.

To make an appointment for this health center, call us at 1-800-230-PLAN. We also operate our Patient Assistance Line at 833-3NJ-PLAN (833-365-7526) where a member of our health center staff may be able to answer your questions, manage your prescriptions, and help you address your sexual and reproductive health care needs. We answer and return calls Monday through Saturday from 9am through 5pm Eastern time.
