How to Find Us
Click above to "View Map & Directions" or call 1-800-258-4448. We are located in the medical office building at 3550 Main Street next to the American Red Cross. You may park for free in the parking lot. We are on the second floor in suite 201.
Public Transportation: Through the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA), we have three stops through 3 bus lines around our location: B4 (blue) at stop Wason / Fisk, G1 (green) at stop Chicopee Big Y via Union Station, and the P21E (purple) at stop Walter / Main.
What to Expect
At times there may be protestors on the sidewalk outside of the Wason Avenue parking lot. We suggest that patients use the Main Street parking lot entrance to avoid them.

Childcare Policies
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the waiting area unsupervised.
We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center. For safety reasons children need to be accompanied by an adult when they’re in the waiting room. Only infants can accompany you to the exam room. Please bring a friend or family member to be with your children if you don’t have childcare at home.
Services Offered
You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. For refills, please call ahead at 877-686-5772 option 2 to avoid a wait at the health center. Planned Parenthood is proud to offer same day prescription refills any day we are open. If you have an existing prescription with us, you can call to request to refill your birth control before 9am, and your prescription will be available for pick up after 2pm on the SAME DAY. Please call ahead to verify pick-up hours. Please note that if you are using health insurance to cover the cost of your prescription, there may be restrictions on how many refills you can receive at one time.
You can come to us for services that don’t require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing, and testing and treatments for urinary tract infections.
