Payment Options

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and HIV and STD screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Contact your health insurance company directly to confirm that the services you need are covered and what, if any, out of pocket costs you are required to pay.

Checks are accepted ONLY for gynecological services, and may not be used to pay for abortion services.

More Appointment Information

We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center. For safety reasons children need to be accompanied by an adult when they’re in the waiting room. Only infants can accompany you to the exam room. Please bring a friend or family member to be with your children if you don’t have childcare at home.

Getting a physical for school or employment? Please bring all of the required forms with you.

Specially trained staff are available for people with developmental disabilities.

We provide educational materials specifically for people with developmental disabilities.

You can come to us for services that don’t require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing, and testing and treatments for urinary tract infections.

From the South:
Take I-91 North Exit 22N (Route 9). Continue on Route 9 and take Exit 28 to Route 72 West. Take Corbin Ave. Exit (Exit 7) and turn left. Follow the blue hospital signs (left onto Hart St., straight, then left onto Linwood St.) Up the hill, take second right onto Grand St.

From East/West:

Take I-84 to Exit 35 (Route 72 East). Take Corbin Ave. Exit (Exit 7) and turn right. Follow the blue hospital signs (left onto Hart St., straight, then left onto Linwood St.) Up the hill, take second right onto Grand St.
