Planned Parenthood is one of the nation’s leading providers of high-quality, affordable health care, and the nation’s largest provider of sex education. With or without insurance, you can always come to us for your health care. Most birth control, annual exams, HIV testing, and STD testing will be covered for free, with no copay.

If you need emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill), you can walk in anytime we’re open.
Birth control refill pickups, birth control services without a pelvic exam (if qualified), emergency contraception, pregnancy tests, and rapid HIV tests (results in 20 minutes) are available on a walk-in basis up to one hour before closing.
Do you have questions about abortion services at Planned Parenthood of Southern New England? We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center. For safety reasons children need to be accompanied by an adult when they’re in the waiting room. Only infants can accompany you to the exam room. Please bring a friend or family member to be with your children if you don’t have childcare at home.
You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. during business hours
Getting a physical for school or employment? Please bring all of the required forms with you.
Specially trained staff are available for people with developmental disabilities.
We provide educational materials specifically for people with developmental disabilities.
You can come to us for services that don’t require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing, and testing and treatments for urinary tract infections.
From the North:
Take I-395 to Exit 92. Follow the connector to the stop sign. Turn right onto Westcott Road. The health center is almost immediately on the left, in the Bonneville Pharmacy Complex. Bear to the right of the building into the parking lot. The health center is underneath the pharmacy on the side next to the State Police Barracks.
From the South:
Take I-395 North to Exit 92. Follow the connector to second stop sign, and go left onto Westcott Road. The health center is almost immediately on the left, in the Bonneville Pharmacy Complex.
From Hartford and the West:
Take I-84 East to 74 East and follow to 44 East in Pomfret. Bear right at the fork onto Route 101 East (towards Providence). In Dayville (shortly after Anchor Glass Factory on the right) turn right onto I-395. Take Exit 92 and turn right onto Westcott Road. The health center is almost immediately on the left, in the Bonneville Pharmacy Complex.
From Willimantic:
Take Route 6 East to Danielson. Look for Kentucky Fried Chicken on the left. At the fourth set of lights, turn left onto Main Street (Route 12 North). After Fleet Bank, turn right at light onto Westcott Road. The health center is almost immediately on the right, just past the Police Barracks in the Bonneville Pharmacy Complex.
*Bear to the right of building into the parking lot.
You may be able to get your birth control pills mailed to you. Ask the health center staff for more information.
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Ask the health center staff for more information.
