Payment Options

Most health insurance plans now cover prescription birth control, annual wellness exams, and HIV and STD screenings with no copay, and many other services with some copay required. Additional Payment information

Payment is expected at time of service. We accept:

  • Cash

  • Major Credit/Debit Cards

Fees are based on a sliding scale determined by the patient’s monthly income and number of dependents.

If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that’s not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale.
