I’m 13 and I just want to know when my voice will break. I have pubic and underarm hair for quite some time now and my voice still has not cracked! Please estimate when this will hapen!

Most boys start puberty when they’re around 10 or 12 years old, though some start sooner and others start later. Since you’ve already noticed pubic and underarm hair, you’ve already started puberty. But puberty doesn’t happen all at once — it happens in stages. So while you’re noticing some signs of puberty already, it might take a while for other signs to show up.

We can’t estimate when your voice will change, because everyone experiences puberty differently. But rest assured, you’re not alone — plenty of guys find their voices don’t change until later on in puberty. It’s also important to know that not all guys experience vocal “breaking.” For some, the change comes gradually without an abrupt break. It can be so gradual that it isn’t noticeable from day to day.
