Raegan is a board certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist with a background in women’s reproductive health, public health, and international health.

After residency training at New York University Medical Center, Raegan completed a specialized fellowship in Family Planning at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. In addition to practicing general Obstetrics and Gynecology, Raegan has conducted research related to family planning. She has also participated in several international public health projects. Raegan is a graduated fellow of the Physicians for Reproductive Health Leadership and Training Academy. She is also on the Board of Directors for Health Care Access Maryland. 

Dr. McDonald-Mosley is dedicated to improving the reproductive health outcomes for women in her community as well as in other underserved regions of the world. She holds a BA in African studies and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was a Morehead Scholar, a MD from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and a MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She most recently served as the Medical Director and Interim CEO & President of Planned Parenthood of Maryland. She joined the National Office of Planned Parenthood Federation of America as the Chief Medical Officer in July, 2015.
