Colleen is a Senior Financial Services Executive, Board Director and Angel Investor who delivers billion-dollar outcomes to corporations and non-profit institutions. She brings 30 years of experience in the scalability of global financing and sales and trading marketplaces by navigating complex regulatory and operational environments and investing and implementing business disruption technologies.

Colleen led the top global commodities franchise as a partner of Goldman Sachs for over twenty years where she was responsible for growing a $1Bn business in energy, power, precious and base metals and institutional structured products. Her passion for business building and relationship management spanned her career in both Global Markets and Investment Banking. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Colleen started and built new business lines for both commodity trading houses and corporations focusing on client development, scalability and brand recognition. She is a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 CEOs, Business Leaders and Investors through her deep knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the commodities markets.

Because of her 25+ years of engaging with executives in the US and European energy and power sector, she holds a deep commitment to energy transition and renewable/sustainable energy development and will serve as an advisor and Board Member to two of the largest investors in the global marketplace.

Colleen is passionate about building diverse global teams and believes that only diverse teams can deliver top commercial results. She thrives in leading diversity and equity platforms, recruiting and retaining talent.

Colleen is a passionate and fierce women's health and human rights advocate serving as Treasurer to the $2Bn Federation, Action Fund and their affiliate, PPGNHAIK. Her financial and operational expertise delivered significant value and financial stability to the complex community healthcare and advocacy network through the creation of their endowment, monetization of physical assets and the investment and  modernization of administrative and financial systems benefitting over 18MM supporters and 5MM patients nationally. Her financial, business development and investment banking background contributed significantly to protecting access to healthcare to underserved communities in the Midwest, Northwest, Alaska, Idaho and Hawaii. She serves on the Board of PP Direct, a start up technology platform which provides reproductive healthcare services to patients through mobile technology.
