Dannette (Danni) Hill is an HR senior leader with over 20-years of experience. Currently, she is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where she leads a team of HR professionals who deliver talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational design and development, performance management, engagement, and HR processes and policies.
Before Planned Parenthood, Danni was the Chief HR Officer for ChildFund, an international NGO dedicated to ending child poverty in developing environments. While at Childfund she led a global HR team working in thirty countries across Africa, Asia, and the Americas to support the HR needs of the organization.
Prior to Childfund, Danni worked as an independent HR consultant for Avon Products Inc, Diversified Consulting Consortium, and WNET-channel THIRTEEN. From 1998 through 2011, Danni worked for Pfizer Inc. She held several positions at Pfizer starting in the Research and Development headquarters in New London, Connecticut. Over the course of 13 years, Danni's responsibilities included leading the diversity practice and supporting R&D lines as an HR business partner for Animal Health Development and Worldwide Development Operations.
In 2005, Danni did a six-month fellowship in Nairobi, Kenya working for the Ministry of Health. In her last position with Pfizer, Danni was the HR business partner for the Chief Medical Officer's group. Prior to Pfizer, she held HR specialist and generalist positions in the financial services industry.
Danni has a leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University. She also has an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Hartford, Connecticut and a BS in journalism and media from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York.
