“We’re thrilled to be recognized by the Webby Awards for our Centennial website and our Instagram,” said Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America. “For 100 years, Planned Parenthood has helped educate and inform people about their health, and technology has created amazing opportunities for us to continue to reach people in different ways. We’re continually looking for innovative approaches to get people the information and care they need to stay healthy and reach their life goals, including on social media sites like Instagram. As we celebrate Planned Parenthood’s century of health care, education, and activism, we’re truly honored that our website chronicling the last 100 years of progress is a Webby nominee.”
