Last year, we saw a steep increase in the number of protesters at our health centers. In a misguided attempt to scare people out of getting the services they need, these protesters carry disturbing signs, hand out misleading information, and harass people as they enter our health centers.
A group called "40 Days for Life" held a round-the-clock protest at at least 5 of our health centers for 40 days. These protesters’ goals were to incite fear, gain attention for their hateful point of view, and intimidate our patients and staff. They wanted to shut us down - but we didn’t let them.
With YOUR HELP we raised over $20,000! YOU came out and supported our health centers and staff! YOU showed them that Planned Parenthood is a vital part of your community.
The protesters are not going to stop and we aren’t either!
Pledge-a-Picketer to help us raise money! We’ll let the protesters know how much money they’ve raised. Banners promoting donation totals will be posted outside all affected health centers.
