Planned Parenthood of West Texas, Inc. (PPWT) accepts the Medicaid Women’s Health Program, Title XX, traditional Medicaid, private insurance and patient fees for family planning services. PPWT assures that no person will, on the grounds of marital status, parenthood, race, age, creed, color, handicap, disability, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, religion or inability to pay, be excluded from or denied service.

Medicaid Women's Health Program
Patients can qualify for the Women's Health Program to receive certain family planning services at NO COST.  You must bring in your most current paycheck stub, a valid photo ID and a birth certificate for proof of citizenship.  Other items can be accepted for eligibility. Title XX
To qualify for Title XX funds, patient's must have a Texas address, provide us with a paycheck stub or verbal verification of monthly income and meet the most current federal poverty guidelines. All services provided with Title XX funds will have a co-pay.

Traditional Medicaid
To qualify for Medicaid funding, patients must bring in their current Medicaid cards at the time of their appointment or visit.

Sliding Fee Scale
PPWT has a sliding fee scale based on the most current federal poverty guidelines.  Patients are asked to bring a pay stub or some proof of their income to the clinic.  The clinic staff will access income and determine what fee scale the client will qualify to pay under.

Private Insurance
PPWT accepts the following private insurances: BlueCross BlueShield and Healthsmart.  Please bring your insurance card with you at the time of your appointment or visit.

Our clinics accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders and Cashier's Check.
